Today’s prompt for Writer’s Digest Poetic Asides poem-a-day challenge is to write a haiku. Since this is Two for Tuesday, the second prompt is to write about the haiku. I went with the first prompt, using the 5/7/5 form.

Discover the kaboom

that shattered my life

and started this site

Crocus blossom shines,
transports the ascending sun
to the dying leaf.
