Gamma 38 to 42Hz Week Four Progress Published May 11, 2020Categorised as Health, Brain Power, Brain Biofeedback, Treatment, News Note: I finished my ebook on Thursday (fourth day in chart) and it took me a day to figure out what book to read next plus fatigue caught up to me. First time I’ve seen sleep trending up, even if it’s ever so slightly, this in spite of the fact I’ve been having trouble falling asleep lately. Waking up much later may (partly) account for increased heart rate. Note: Sometimes no matter what you do, anxiety hits, which is what happened on Saturday (second-last day). But vigilance has been the big success story, not really moving. Note: reading increased. Heart rate increases for me under a couple of particular situations, neither of which I was measuring in this experiment. I suppose I could use heart rate as an indicator of stress in the absence of infection. Note: the two things I wanted to work on, anxiety and vigilance, both dropped. This is good.
