A good solid read. It didn’t quite feel like a first book as there was a lot of interesting back story that could have been books unto themselves, but it was woven into the plot well. I sometimes found Bosch a little tedious, but thinking about it, his behaviour was logical for someone with a great deal of anger from past trauma. Will continue to read this series.
