My book Lifeliner details the story of the first person on Total Parenteral Nutrition and the refinement of TPN by Dr. Khursheed Jeejeebhoy as she ran into mysterious ailments that turned out to be too little or too much of one nutrient. I did much reading during the course of researching this book, and I’ve listed both the general and scientific journal articles I referenced. But I begin the readings with my own article on Judy Taylor and the beginning of TPN.
