Creepy. Compelling. And classic Tess Monaghan.
My only quibble: I didn’t like what Lippman chose to do with a character near the end, which is the one and only thing I remembered from my previous reads of this mystery novel. But that’s author prerogative. My reader’s prerogative is to be miffed.
