Gamma Brain Biofeedback: Ticking Along

Published Categorised as Brain Health, Brain Biofeedback

I’ve gotten to the point in my brain biofeedback training where no major new insights or developments are happening. I’m close to completing 40 sessions, which triggers a progress assessment to see how I’m doing. With the Christmas holidays coming up, I’ll be doing that in January. Meanwhile we’ll continue the sessions because I haven’t achieved stability in results. Yet despite a major, majorly bad, hell-awful bad news Monday, my heart rate didn’t rise the first day and stayed under 120 the second and my brain kept ticking along nicely both days. So there must be some permanent results taking effect!
