Writing is A Bit Slow. Thank Goodness for Politics

Published Categorised as Personal

Politics is my hobby, and when I find writing difficult, watching our politicians, especially in an election, can usually get me typing furiously on my blog and more recently on Twitter. I have actually upped my tweets substantially since the debates — it was so much fun typing short, off-the-cuff comments as the leaders debated or spoke over each other. But blogging has not come easily the last couple of months. I’m hoping this last week of the election will stimulate my writing juices enough that blogging about politics will morph into writing essays on Squidoo and return me to creating my next book in my head, the necessary step before writing an outline.
